Choose from one of our Custom Cottage designs, Custom Shell (from just a shell to fully finished), Manufactured or Sectional.

Our Custom Cottage Designs start at 1,238 sq.ft.
Our Custom Shells offer you the opportunity to do all the finish work on the interior of the home or have Perret Homes finish part or all of the shell.
Our Modular Homes start at just over 1,200 sq.ft. and make a great cottage!
Our Sectional Homes start at just over 1,280 sq.ft. and can be setup on your lot in a matter of months!
